Some Notes
- Pages automatically appear in the navigation.
- Details pages do not appear in navigation.
- You can use a redirect on a page to make link in the nav.
- You might consider using redirects on index pages, e.g. "Exhibitors" redirects to "Why Exhibit".
- Pages have multiple entry types, including home, list, iframe, etc.
- Summary field is also SEO excerpt and search excerpt.
- Sidebar will appear if a sidebar ad is running, or if you add a sidebar to the page.
- Sidebar is floated right in the layout, content beneath the sidebar will flow to full width.
- If sidebar is longer than page content, layout will break (you can work around that with spacers or blank images).
